Nice cafe that's attached to a hotel. Had a classic Filipino breakfast.

If you are looking for a good, clean and tasty budget breakfast spot in Cebu, would recommend Kemi Cafe. It is walking distant to many hotels and serves Filipino and American style breakfast for affordable prices. I got the Filipino breakfast with pork. Comes with rice and scrambled egg, and a cup of coffee.

I think my search for a cozy and customer-friendly cafe is over. Came here to have my meeting since the power went out in my area. I ordered their Big Filipino Breakfast. For someone who eats breakfast in the afternoon, it's a relief that they serve breakfast meals all day. One thing that's worth mentioning is that their scrambled egg is soft and fluffy. I'm not a fan of eggs (bisag unsa pa nga klase sa luto sa egg kay langsihan ra ko), but I ate the whole lot since I can't smell any hint of "langsi". I would've stayed longer and tried their pastry, but I had to cut my visit short. I'll definitely drop by again to try more of their food, especially their pastries. I just wish they had more non-caffeinated and no-milk options in their menu. I can't drink anything with caffeine and/or milk/cream. The most that my "maselan" stomach could tolerate is Coke and iced tea. I love that their staff is very accommodating, warm and friendly. Kana pa lang daan, daog na and bawi na imong nagasto. Haha. Although, reasonably-priced ra sad baya ilang menu. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. No char. Will definitely visit again. PS: I'm not sure if this is a pet-friendly cafe, but the fact that the place is so well-kept and clean, murag maikog jud ko dad-on akong rowdy and very noisy nga JRT diri. Haha.

The Cold Brew Vanilla Sweet Crème and Matcha Frappé were fantastic. Unfortunately, almost all the pastries were unavailable and marble cake that was available was a bit dry and crumbly. Otherwise, drinks are good, and the cafe is located in a secluded spot away from the main road. Would visit again if in the area.

Small (single) espresso machine, but it's proper coffee and the staff knew how to use it. The options are straightforward (espresso, latte, Americano) but there aren't many other places in the neighborhood that open before 9am and provide espresso based drinks. It's situated in the check-in area of a small motel, but there's comfortable seating and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They do accept cards but their terminal wasn't functioning when I visited so (like everywhere on Lapu Lapu) cash is safer.

Calming and peaceful atmosphere. I ordered a large iced caramel macchiato (P165), and it tastes good. Just the right amount of sweetness. For the pastry, I ordered this tuna-filled crispy bread thingy (forgot the name, it was P90). I wasn't a fan of the tuna, but the bread tastes good. Total cost is P255. Also, I was able to charge my phone, too! They even gave me the Wi-Fi password without my asking. Thanks.

The place is awesome, it's great for people who like quiet places. Pastries and coffees are not too sweet. Recommended cafe.
